What is the Tokyo Skytree? Discover Tokyo Skytree: A Must-See Landmark for Visitors

The Tokyo Skytree is a radio tower located in Sumida-ku, Tokyo, which opened in 2012. It is 634 meters high, known as the world's tallest freestanding radio tower, the Skytree is a new symbol of Tokyo that welcomes many tourists.
The Tokyo Sky Tree attracts visitors not only by its height but also by its extensive facilities. Here we introduce some of the major facilities within the Sky Tree.
First, Tembo Deck and Tembo Galleria are located 350 meters and 450 meters above the ground, offering panoramic views of Tokyo. On a clear day, you can even see Mt. Fuji, and the night view is beautiful and romantic.
Next is Tokyo Solamachi, a commercial facility with more than 300 stores at the foot of the Sky Tree. It offers a wide variety of stores, including fashion, general merchandise, and restaurants, as well as souvenir stores popular among tourists and local products.
At the Sumida Aquarium, visitors can get up close and personal with jellyfish, penguins, and other fascinating sea creatures. The exhibition area is especially fantastic at night when it is beautifully illuminated. At the Planetarium Tenku, visitors can experience the mysteries of the universe using the latest technology.
For dining, the many restaurants and cafes in the Skytree and Solamachi are highly recommended. Some restaurants on the observation deck offer dining with a view, making them ideal for special occasion dinners.
