We request for the credit card payment; Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, and Discover are accepted.

Please make a reservation at least 3 days prior to the lesson date.

Cancellations for the Ramen-Making Tour are free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time. For all other classes, cancellations are free up to 72 hours in advance.

*For reservations made through OTAs, each OTA has a different cancellation policy. Please check the website of the each OTA where you are using.

All lessons are provided in English. Alternatively, lessons can be given in Japanese.

If you are booking in Jiro Style Ramen making class + Supermarket：

The meeting point is at outside the central ticket gate of Akihabara Station. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we will depart ahead of you. In that case, you are requested to come to our kitchen studio directly. No refunds will be made in the case of your delay.

*Important Notice for "Ramen Class Only" Participants: Pease come directly to the designated Patia cooking studio.

If you are booking in except of Jiro Style Ramen making class + Supermarket：

Please come to the designated Patia cooking studio before the start time. The cooking studios are located near Shinjuku, Chiyoda, Minato and Shinagawa wards. Detailed instructions on the venue will be sent to you via email three days before the event.

We offer a variety of cooking classes, including classes where you can learn traditional Japanese cuisine such as sushi rolls and temari sushi, as well as home-style cooking such as beef bowls and saikyo yaki.

Aprons are not provided, so please bring your own if necessary.

If you are booking in Jiro Style Ramen making class + Supermarket：

If you are booking in Wagyu Sushi Making Class：

The lessons will start at 12:00. Please arrive at the studio before the start time.

If you are booking in Gyoza Making class + Supermarket Tour： The lessons will start at 10:30 or 14:00. Please arrive at the studio before the start time.

If you are booking in Gyoza Making class (without the supermarket tour)： The lessons will start at 11:00 or 14:30. Please arrive at the studio before the start time.
