LEARN HOW TO MAKE JIRO-STYLE RAMEN!
Jiro Style Ramen is immensely popular in Japan. The noodles are thick, the soup is rich with garlic, and it’s topped with generous slices of chashu pork and some an abundance of vegetables.
In this class, we’ll make the noodles from flour, prepare the rich garlic-infused soup, and cook the chashu pork. You'll be able to replicate the entire dish at home.

What You Will Do
Start your ramen adventure in Akihabara, Tokyo’s famous electric town! Meet your guide and take a walking tour through the colorful streets filled with cool gadgets, anime, and pop culture. Along the way, you’ll stop at a local supermarket to grab fresh ingredients for your ramen. Next, hop on a train to a modern kitchen studio, where you'll learn to make ramen from scratch!

The meeting point is at outside the central ticket gate of Akihabara Station. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we will depart ahead of you. In that case, you are requested to come to our kitchen studio directly. No refunds will be made in the case of your delay.
