We’re excited to announce the launch of a brand-new cooking experience in Tokyo—one that lets you turn a world-famous Japanese artwork into an edible masterpiece.
In this newly launched class, you’ll create an Art Character Bento (Art Charaben) inspired by “Red Fuji”, one of the most iconic works by Katsushika Hokusai, a legendary ukiyo-e artist known around the world. This is not a typical cooking class—it’s a creative cultural experience where art, imagination, and Japanese food come together.
Using rice, colorful ingredients, and traditional Japanese techniques, you’ll design a beautiful bento box that captures the vivid red Mount Fuji set against a deep blue sky. Mount Fuji is a beloved symbol of Japan and a UNESCO World Heritage site, making this experience especially meaningful for visitors to Tokyo.
Perfect for first-time visitors, families, and anyone curious about Japanese culture, this new class offers a fun, hands-on way to create, learn, and enjoy Japan in a single experience.
