A Fun and Hands-On Gyoza Making Experience

We had more participants in our gyoza class in December compared to November.

Our gyoza class is a fun, hands-on experience where you can learn and enjoy cooking at the same time.

In this class, you get to try two different ways of making gyoza. You’ll make gyoza completely from scratch, including the wrappers, and you’ll also use store-bought wrappers. By trying both, you can really feel the difference in texture and how they handle when wrapping.

When you work with the dough, you’ll notice that handmade and store-bought wrappers feel very different in your hands. Even the wrapping process feels different, which makes the experience especially interesting.

There are a few important points to keep in mind when making gyoza dough, but the instructor helps you step by step to make the class comfortable and enjoyable even for beginners.

This month as well, our guests who joined this class told us that they enjoyed the experience. Seeing their smiles and excitement made us very happy too.

Making gyoza is fun, and eating them is even better. Hot, freshly made gyoza that you cooked yourself are incredibly satisfying and taste even more delicious.
