In November, we had the pleasure of welcoming a large group for our ramen-making class. Everyone worked together to create ramen completely from scratch. For most participants, it was their very first time making ramen this way, and they were surprised by the process while enjoying conversations with the instructor and their teammates throughout the class.

We received wonderful feedback saying how much they enjoyed the experience, which made us incredibly happy as well. Hosting a large cooking class takes much more planning and preparation compared to smaller sessions, but it is always a meaningful and rewarding part of our work.
