What is Japanese Gyoza?

Gyoza are Japanese-style dumplings inspired by Chinese jiaozi but with their own unique twist. They are typically filled with a mixture of ground meat (often pork), vegetables such as cabbage and garlic chives, and seasonings. Gyoza are known for their thin wrappers, juicy filling, and crispy-bottom pan-fried texture. The meeting point will be at one of Patia’s kitchen studios, located in Shinjuku, Chiyoda, Minato, or Shinagawa wards. All studios are within a 5-minute walk from the nearest station. The exact location will be confirmed and shared with you three days before your reserved date.
A minimum of 2 people is required per reservation.
