In September, we welcomed so many wonderful guests to our ramen classes! Families, groups of friends, and even honeymooners joined us, each bringing their own unique energy to the kitchen.
One of the most special things about our shared classes is that even strangers often become friends. There’s something magical about making ramen together — everyone gets involved, laughs along the way, and of course, enjoys the delicious results! Sharing the process and tasting your own creation always leaves everyone happy and connected.

Making ramen from scratch is not only surprisingly fun but also incredibly satisfying. From kneading the noodles to preparing the broth, every step is an exciting adventure into Japanese cuisine. With October being one of the busiest months for tourism, many of our classes are already booking up quickly!
And here’s more exciting news — we’ve recently launched a Japanese Gyoza Making from Scratch + Supermarket Tour in Tokyo! This hands-on class gives you the chance to create juicy, flavorful gyoza entirely from scratch, while also exploring a Japanese supermarket to discover local ingredients. It’s the perfect way to enjoy an authentic taste of Japan and bring home a new skill.
