Our New Gyoza-Making Experience Is Here

October was a wonderful month filled with many amazing guests joining our cooking classes! As always, our most popular class was the Ramen Cooking Class. Guests from around the world had so much fun making authentic ramen completely from scratch — from kneading the noodles to creating a rich, flavorful broth. Many participants were surprised and excited to learn just how much technique and care go into making a perfect bowl of ramen.
Another class that we recently started is our Gyoza class. In this class, guests make gyoza completely from scratch, including the dough for the wrappers. We also prepare another batch using store-bought gyoza wrappers, allowing everyone to enjoy a fun taste-comparison between homemade and ready-made versions.
Participants loved experiencing the difference in texture and flavor, and everyone had a great time wrapping the dumplings by hand. The class was filled with smiles, excitement, and the wonderful smell of freshly cooked gyoza. And of course, eating the dumplings you made yourself is truly the best part!
