As I reflect on our ramen classes in 2024, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to all the wonderful guests who joined us this year. What continues to stand out to me is just how incredible every single guest has been.

While it’s our role to create an enjoyable and memorable experience, I often find myself learning so much and having just as much fun. Meeting people from diverse backgrounds and sharing stories during our classes is truly a gift.

I’m also deeply thankful for my amazing teammates. Their motivation and passion make it such a joy to work together. I’m constantly inspired by their dedication to improving our tours and thinking of new ways to make every experience even better. Thanks to their hard work, I feel our ramen classes are evolving and improving every day.
