We recently hosted a special Wagyu Sushi Class, where participants got to experience a different take on sushi.
While sushi is often associated with fresh fish, this class focused on Wagyu beef, known for its incredible marbling and melt-in-your-mouth texture.
Under the guidance of our expert instructor, guests learned how to prepare and shape sushi while discovering the perfect way to pair it with Wagyu.
We explored different styles of Wagyu sushi, each offering a unique flavor and texture. The balance of tender, rich beef with sushi rice created an unforgettable taste experience.
